At the onset of artificial intelligence, I naively thought I could ignore the impacts of AI. But that wasn’t—definitely isn’t—possible. So I did what any Type A writer would do: I researched. I spent the last six months learning how to critically think about AI in a theologically-informed manner. This guide is a result of that learning. This resource is brief—a primer on a topic that could fill hundreds of pages. But most of us need somewhere to start when it comes to AI, and that is why I wrote AI for Christians.
