I am In the textures of trying— the ruts, cracks, rocks, vistas. They keep getting harder. More powerful. More determined. So do I.
I’m Fine
Sure, "I'm fine." As in "fragile in flesh." As in cautiously moving, aware of the line. Where my fortitude crumbles and humanity shines.
Growing Young
"This" became "then" and I started to fall. Crash, if I'm honest, hitting one ledge of loss after another on my way down.
